The Sea Islands along the southeastern Atlantic coast are among the most beautiful properties in the world. St. Phillips Island located near the historic seaport of Beaufort, South Carolina is one of the most spectacular. The agreement with The Nature Conservancy allows for the island to be maintained in its pristine condition and for the addition of ten more residences.
