The price includes a 2 bedroom cedar shingle house ( 1100 sq feet) with a ferro cement splash pool, 7 cottages ( 16 x 16), a suite ( under our house which is about 500 sq feet., a laundry room/storage area ( 14 x 16), a boat 15 feet with a 75 hp outboard engine and dock. It also includes a 2009 Ford Ranger truck, all the furnishing...we are taking only our personal items. It also includes a 1998 trooper which is our St. Thomas car,and an old truck which we use for hauling waste. All tools are included( we built the campground so there are many tools). It includes 3 small wind generators,2 solar hot water heaters, hot tub ( solar heated) a 17KW military constant run diesel generator, 45,000 gallons of cisterns to collect water. All spare parts, a 6.5 honda generator, split ac unit in owners suite, 2- 6ft satellite dishes. We also have an active permit to build 3 additional cottages and another bathhouse. We have a hill side water catchment, too. We have a lot of tee shirts and logos for them. We have a composting toilet we have not installed (SunMar 3,000), extra canvas and extra cottage tops
