Description

Emerald Crest was built and designed by John Mayne around 1960 and is a well-known golf club in the community. The course is 5435 yards for a par of 68. There is a ranch house on a lot that also goes with the property and was the original club house. All equipment used in its operation goes with sale and the equipment is well maintained. The club also has a driving range. The club house is adequate with dining room and well-kept kitchen, above the club house is an apartment. The basement of the club house is small. The only use for basement is for water purification system. The club house is supplied drinking water from a 10 foot dug well and has never dried up in this 27 year ownership. The well is located a long distance away from the club house. The course is irrigated to the greens and tees only and the water source is a pond which has another back up pond should it get to be a drought type season. The irrigation system is automatic Rain Bird on clocks and will cycle through for tees and greens giving each a 30 minute watering.
